Responsible

• Communicate and coordinate with international brands (Japan, Korea, USA, Europe) via email and online meetings.
• Prepare company introduction materials, brand presentation decks, and negotiation documents.
• Research and summarize product, pricing, and wholesale information from partner brands.
• Follow up with overseas partners regarding sample requests, quotations, and documentation for import shipments.
• Translate brand documents between English, (Japanese), and Thai when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Accounting, Logistics, and Marketing.
• Prepare a weekly “Brand Pipeline Report” for management, summarizing ongoing negotiations and potential collaborations.
